I am with Rogers since 3+ years now. My current Rogers Ignite Internet plan contract is ending within a week and I was trying Rogers to advise me the best they can do. The price offered is higher than what carrytel is offering even without contract on same rogers lines. I thought may be chat offers are different so called them today, spoke to a rep and after about 40-50mins the offer was same from her as well. Hence I asked for cancellation and she advised she will transfer my call to sales who may have better offer and after some wait call landed to sales and they said they dont take care of contract expiring and retention department does that. Hence they transferred again probably to retention and I am still on hold 1hr almost gone. What a waste of my time, I only wanted them to match what a reseller is charging for exact same service on their line but neither that happened nor cancellation was processed and just ping-ponged on call hold. Very dissatisfied.

@RogersZia @Can you help here, my bill generation date passed and neither the bill is generated nor it's disconnected nor I know if even the said contract price was applied. Can someone give me a call and assist ASAP?
