On November 13 I called rogers to cancel my ignite tv service as my 2 year contract is up and they doubled my bill. $228 dollars for tv and the programming is just repeat channel after repeat.
That aside it took me over an hour on the phone to do this simple task and had to speak to three different people.
Today I received my invoice from Nov29 to Dec 28 and ignite tv is still on my bill.
Again after speaking to 2 people and and another hour on the phone to tell me that the system is going to charge my visa $503 dollars but there would be a credit the following month. 12 days before Christmas. What a complete nightmare. My time and the company's time mean nothing to this company. So poorly handled. I have only been with Rogers for 2 years but I can assure u I will do everything in my power to not return.
I am cancelling my 5 cell phones after this ordeal. I have spent hrs and hrs on the phone with this company trying to get internet fixed.
Have had a technician here at least 6 times.
I have filled out dozens of surveys and never not once a call from anyone at Rogers.
Get you service together because its a mess.
