Gen 2 Modem Charge

I've been around

Hi - I recently contacted Rogers/Shaw about my modem and was told my Internet 600 account qualified for a Gen 2 modem and was sent a new one and was also told there would be no additional charge to my account but I just went to pay my bill and see it has gone up by $13.61?  My plan went up $2.06, my Total TV charge went up $1.55 and I lost my $10.00 Modem Rental Discount.  Please let me know if I am missing something?

Any changes to your bill can be quite a shock when you see them for the first time. If you were advised that there would be no charge, then it is strange that you are seeing an increase. We can certainly review the notes on file and go over the bill with you to see what may have happened.
