Hi there.
The warehouse received my device on October 20th. It is now November 27th and I have yet to receive my upfront edge refund on my account. My services with Roger’s have been threatened to be interrupted while I’m waiting on this refund to process. Please advise.

The refund timelines can vary based on billing cycles and when our warehouse receives the device. Having said that I see that RogersCorey's has already assisted you via PM. I hope the issue is resolved in an expedient manner!
