Fido and rogers working together to double it customers

I've been around

I changed from Fido to roger as roger representative told me I could get a better deal on my four lines this is what I was try to accomplish as well . I changed over on the phone to a customer representative spending a lot of ower hour  time on the phone . So a billing cycle or two go buy and I notice that the bill stayed  with Fido.

I phone roger again and try to explain this and they play the duck pretending  that they didn't know any thing about this as the billing would have bean much less with the change to roger from Fido . So he tells me to go into a story and change over . I do this  and the phone sim cards don't work numbers didn't get port forwarded so now I'm getting double build and I have phone and try to under stand what they are doing what's going on this time and now there both charging me disconnecting  fees .

So it phone both fido and roger canceling all the line 8 eight lines 4 with fido and four  with roger . I notice that fido is still billing me for a line and it is eight a mouth 80 with it is a lot more than I was paying  to stat with after  changed the plain amount twice the two changes I  had made the following six mouth before was a lot cheeped  .

So I find out that fido is still billing for one of the number that I cancel twice to go to roger  . This is not a customer or fido misunderstanding as I spent a lot of time on the phone explain trying under stand what is going on they coning me in order to get as much out of me as posable thought bad practice .

I have one phone with freedom I got one year in Peterborough A52 5G with a plan from best buy Canada us calling for 56 plus taxes and I was trying to get something close to this price from fido no chance then there was hope with Rogers unfortunately  they coned me and still are .

I have to disconnect a line  with fido that i disconcert twice with then to go to the parent provider rogers o my this has a lot to do with ma as i have very little education cant seam to be able to explain tell them what is happing  to people . It seam to me that fido and roger don't get along . fodo wants  to keep the prices Hight and risk loosing the customer with four line ?

Do you currently have active services with Rogers or only with Fido? If you need to dispute charges on your Rogers invoice; we could surely help you.
