Hi there,
I am wondering if I change my plan, if I get to keep my Financing Program Promotion monthly credit. I have read over my financing agreement which referred me to my wireless service agreement. Within the wireless service agreement, the only stipulation attached to the Financing Program Promotion credit is "Financing Program Promotion is applied against your monthly services and ends if financing agreement is cancelled." . Changing my wireless plan should not affect my financing agreement right?
I have the 5G Infinite Essential Plan and id like to switch to the cheaper 5G Mobile 75GB NS plan. I'm just worried that I'll lose my financing program promotion credit of $39.75 and end up paying more money monthly for a worse plan. Reading over the agreements, I don't think this will be the case but I just want to clarify that with Rogers support.
Thanks

Hello @noahflash8 ,
Welcome to our community! We hope you like it here and come back often. 🙂
You've raised a really great question--If you currently have a Financing Program Promotional Credit, then it will remain on your account as long as you have an eligible financing plan. If you were to move to a non-financing plan, then the promotional credit would drop off.
Please also note: If you cancel your account, upgrade your device or pay off the full device balance before the end of the financing term, you will not get the rest of the discount. To get the full value of the discount you would need to complete the full term.
Hopefully, this answers your question.
Cheers!

Hello @noahflash8,
Welcome to the Rogers Community and thanks for your post!
You should have the ability to change your existing plan for an in-market plan without losing your discounts. If the plan is not compatible, you will be notifie, so we can find one that better suits your needs.
You can view your wireless plan or switch to a different one through MyRogers. Here’s how:
