Hi, I saw that there was a better plan recommended for me in the Rogers app, will the discounts/promos given to ke originally be reflected to the new plan if I switch?

The compatibility between offers depends on their type and whether they are in-market or grandfathered. Normally, if you go from a regular plan with monthly discounts, to a "loyalty" plan that's already discounted, the credits you were getting most likely won't apply.
To know if the discounts and promotions you previously received would remain on your line, if you changed to a new plan, you would have to go through the price plan change process and compare the total amount you see at checkout, versus what you're currently paying on you most recent bill, for example.
