I have called these jokers at customer service spoken to a manager, escalated to the presidents office, and shared my concern already and have had seven promises to send a way bill to send back the ignite Internet pod rental and even have a docket number from the presidents office and nobody cares to actually send a way bill or box. They call me back and leave a message to call the main service number so I can hold again and waste more time with them. But do not give a direct number or any resolution
At this point, I'm tempted to go to the news and show what it's like to work with this company.
And nobody else cares in the meantime, I'm putting it out there that because nobody bothers to do their job. I need to charge back when you charge me a rental fee.
Should it really take seven different interactions to be able to send back a rental?

Greetings @sadfasdfasdfasd ,
Thank you for visiting us in our forums and for posting the details of your concern here. I'm really saddened to hear that this has been your experience, for what seems to be, a simple task. 😞
I understand that you've already attempted to escalate to both a Manager and to our OOP team, but have yet to receive a resolution. We would be more than happy to have a look at your account to see how we can help. Feel free to send us a Private Message @CommunityHelps to get started.
Kind regards,
RogersYasmine

1. The links to "send a message" were included in the hyperlinks in @RogersYasmine 's post.
2. I'll leave a separate set of instructions below:
When logged into the forum, click on @CommunityHelps . On the page that comes up, you'll see a link near the top right of the screen to "send a message". If you're using a tablet or phone, you may need to switch your browser to the desktop version. How to do that will depend on the device but a web search should find it. There may be some back and forth required while Rogers get your personal information to look into your account. Personal information is not allowed in this forum.
When logged into the forum, check the envelope icon at the top right of the screen for messages. You would usually also receive an e-mail that you have a PM, but it may have ended up in your spam folder...
