Good day.
I'm a subscriber to Roger's Home security/monitoring in Atlantic Canada.
The Rogers Security TouchPad and devices are connected to a Netgear Nighthawk S8000 Router, which is then connected to a XB7. The only devices connected to the Netgear Router is my security system.
All other TV and internet services from Rogers are connected to my XB7.
Is it possible to remove the S8000 from the setup and simply direct the security system to the XB7?
I've searched the support forums and throughout the web, and I don't see any responses.
Any help you could provide, would be greatly appreciated.

Good morning @gadgetgeek!
I would not recommend removing any Rogers installed equipment. We cannot guarantee that your services will work if you do so and if you were to call in for support, we will direct you to reconnect all of our equipment as the first troubleshooting step.
