No cell service despite the map showing otherwise is disappointing. Have you reported this issue to tech support?
You can check the network status and report the issue through the MyRogers app > Support tab > Network Aid. This can also be done online: Network Help & Outages.
Please feel free to contact our tech support team, including sending a private message to CommunityHelps, as outlined in this blog, so that we can check the network status.

@RogersMoin Tech 100% knows. This has been an issue for a year now. they have said there is nothing that can be done to fix it until a new tower is built in the area, hence my question.

guess the answer is no new tower anytime soon based on the fact rogers rep completely disappeared and stopped responding.

Our network teams are constantly evaluating the need for additional infrastructure. I appreciate you continuously being in contact with tech support. Our ticketing team will escalate areas of complaint to put plans into place to increase capacity.

well there clearly is an issue that the "network" team has chosen to ignore for a year + then. my office is directly below a rogers tower and at best i get .5 mb/s download on speedtest.

does rogers even look at these before the close them and blame the user? its been over a year of having no data services at work and still not a single fix has happened. its not like I'm located outside the GTA either.
