Is there an ETA on when a new tower might be going up in the 404 - 16th Ave area? im getting real sick of having' no cell service in this area despite the coverage map showing i should.
they pretty much did the same thing to me. i ended up filling a complaint with CCTS about my issues. rogers admitted they cant fix the issue until the build a new tower in the area.
well there clearly is an issue that the "network" team has chosen to ignore for a year + then. my office is directly below a rogers tower and at best i get .5 mb/s download on speedtest.
@RogersMoin Tech 100% knows. This has been an issue for a year now. they have said there is nothing that can be done to fix it until a new tower is built in the area, hence my question.
already did that after this post. according to the rep I talked with already, they didn't see any issues on the network.the person's fix was for me to try connecting to WiFi more at this location, which isn't even close to an option.
