Reporting reduced speeds while on mobile data comparable to a 56k modem. How do I know it's a widespread outrage? My fiancé and I both have the same phone and are on the same Roger's networking plan for mobile data. We can't do anything in data right now. I'm on my home wifi submitting this. Please fix your service. I pay a hefty bill through Roger's for these two phones.

I understand how inconvenient slow speeds can be. You can check the network status and report the issue through the MyRogers app > Support tab > Network Aid. This can also be done online: Network Help & Outages.
It may also help if you contact our Wireless technical support team. I hope this info helps.

Network for Rogers mobile down again in Sault Ste Marie. Waiting on hold for a chat/call for 90 minutes to report a known issue is not my idea of time well spent. Your response was not helpful. Investigating my inquiry would be. We have people asking on Facebook if Roger's is down again in the Sault. I can't even make an outbound call without it dropping like the other day. Please investigate and update your outages page.
