I recently moved to another country but want to keep my canadian number, every time i try to change my plan to the bare minimum(text and talk) and click proceed to checkout it tells me the following.

Its been weeks since i first tried to change my plan. No one picks up the phone when i call the number provided as well which is really frustrating. What other options do i have??
