Hi there,
For the past several years, I've been attempting to add a wireless phone number to my Rogers account (at this link).
Example:
Upon clicking the link to "Add wireless number", I enter my cellphone number; a text message with a verification code is successfully received; I successfully enter the code; and the Rogers website subsequently returns the following error:
Per the message, I have tried this multiple times over a period of several years. However, no progress has been made on Rogers' end toward rectifying the error ... so I thought that I'd bring it to your attention.
