The internet cabled/wireless going on and off every 5 mins. even with a solid white light on its modem. It is so frustrating and annoying specially when you are a gamer cuz you have to log in your account everytime it was log off by itself. Raised issue to costumer service.

Are they sending a tech out to look at things?
There are 100's of things that possibly be causing it, that are outside rogers / happen to other providers as well.
Outside of it being more a backend issue with rogers (which would effect a much larger amount of people)
A ) mentioned the tech. his would resolve if its a signal issue.
B ) how / what is your setup... what sort of place do you live? Surprisingly things can effect stuff. I have seen apartments where there are so many modems that they all fight each other and so much interference

Same issue here, talked to support and they said everything is normal on their end:
"I have done all the tests, external network is mint, no issues in the area or the line. Internally the connection is very stable, and no issues with wireless reception either."
Well the connection is fine when it's working, but dropping the connection every now and then for a brief minute is not normal. Relying on the test results when it's online is not enough but they insisted --- "No issues with the fiber line itself. Technician would not be able to find any issues here."
Guess the only option is have this sent to the backend team and hoping it'll get fixed.
