Programs stuck on device after down load sync issue

When I download a recorded  tv program onto my device and return it, the system still shows it as on the device under recordings but it is not there. I am stuck until the download expires.      **Added Labels**

Favorite channels Not showing on Guide

I added channels to favorites. Just noticed this morning its missing channels, even though they are marked as favorites. I am on my favorites listing, it shows on all channels marked as favorite but not on favorites view?   *** Edited Labels ***

Flex Channels - Feedback
