You might want to call around to your local Rogers stores. I literally was in a store yesterday afternoon that had 3 in stock. Lowest storage option and no black or white colours.

That’s what I was told and I was told that it would probably be shipped on Saturday, Sunday or Monday. Today is now Tuesday and I still haven’t received any notice that my phone has been shipped. I have an iPhone Pro Max 12 so this will be the best to get my new phone, but I’m still waiting and it’s annoying.

Ordered an iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB BLACK TITANIUM from Costco on the morning of September 13th and still waiting!

Was being told they will have shipment tomorrow!

It’s so annoying though like something has to be going on. I never had this issue when I ordered a Samsung. It always arrived on the day

Still seeing people on Reddit claiming to have picked up a pro max in store just by calling and they have spares. Despite people having online preorders that haven’t moved for the same models.

I had to run into my store after work to have them take a look at my account and I asked them because I was curious…another shipment this morning with more than 10 pro max for sale on upgrades or new activations…something is up with your local store 😕

I’m pretty sure they just lie and sell them to friends and since it’s Newfoundland I don’t have a choice of other rogers stores to go to. I guess the real question is why are they not taking care of preorders before sending stock to stores.

I'm curious, I used the rogers device registration. Is my queue # based off the device spec & actual pick-up  location?  Are there 130 people asking for the exact same phone at the same location?

As far as I understand it. It means if your number is 130. You are the 130th person Canada wide to have preordered that specific model

In progress(Pre Fulfillment)

I started out "#13 out of 13", and saw the "out of" number keep going down to "1" on launch day. And now it's been stuck here. Why not give a date or range, like the Apple Store does. Maybe Rogers does not know when its getting phones to finish the fulfillment?

In progress used to mean that they have your phone and they are about to ship it out.

If anyone is wondering/interested, here's what I have learned: since I am a business user and ordered it online, when I call in to ask about the "#13 out of 1" and when they expect to ship, there appears to be literally no one to speak to about my pre-order. "It will be fulfilled when there is equipment to ship out".  Unfortunate. But I have the option to cancel or sit and wait.

I pre-ordered 2 16 Pros 256Gb in Desert Tan on Sept 13 like everyone else and only received an order confirmation e-mail, they were listed as #12-13 in the queue and still nothing! Its almost 2 weeks now Rogers start shipping! Should have had both last friday!!!!!!!

Everyone is having the same issue…seems to be the reservation system + 256gb pro max seem to just not be getting delivered as reservations. A few of us on here ran to our local store to grab one of the “regular” stock…i had in a reservation for the titanium and I was number 9….never changed so I went in and purchased the desert titanium pro max on the spot. Next time I’ll be ordering to my home. Almost everyone I have spoke to got them on Friday!

Seems to be a Rogers issue, Bell and Telus pre-orders have been delivered.

Again today the people on Reddit that have had orders move to in progress are the ones that picked ship to home
