Hello. At this moment, I'm unable to view my orders page. I tried 3 different browsers and the phone app, too, all with the same result.

I ordered one the 4th of this month and it still says back ordered. I called them yesterday and they said it was in the warehouse, whatever that means. I'm just looking for information on my order, thank you in advance.

No I haven't. I ended up receiving my phone that I ordered on the 3rd. It's still showing the error though, does the error show up on your account as well?
"something went wrong we're experiencing a problem on our end. Come back and try again." I get that message when I try to view my orders page on myrogers page. I tried a few different browsers and the app on my phone but nothing has worked.
