Resolved! Shrinking Billing Period

Has anyone else seen the Billing Period shrinking, my bill has been generally due on the 17th of the month and as late as the 20th, I see it is now on the 13th.  Weekends have nothing to do with it.  Is this the way of gaining an extra billing period...
