I thought that cancellation of service was simple and easy. I chat with the specialist over one hour he asked me to give minutes and suggested other deals continuously. I talk to him I will go abroad for job that's why I want to cancel it. But he tried to suggest different deal continuously during one hour. He did continuously suggest the deal. After one hour finally he told me h register cancel and I will get return label in two or three days but I don't have any email about rogers. I got the transcript of conversation on 24 March. Cancellation is the very difficult in Rogers.

With that being said, I'm glad you were able to get the cancellation processed as per your wishes. Once the cancellation is processed, there should be an email sent to the email address we have on file within 48 hours which includes a printable return label, and instructions on how to complete the return of your rental equipment. Please be sure to check your spam/junk mail folders in case it ends up in there.
