Rogers Mobile Data Limit Not Correct

I've been around

Hi,

 

We have 3 data plans on an account.

1st data plan: 55Gb data limit
2nd data plan: 20Gb data limit
3rd data plan: 20Gb data limit

 

Total: 95Gb

but it only shows 55Gb data limit on the account. And once we go over 55Gb, the data speeds slows down. There are no data speed alerts setup on any accounts.

We've already called Rogers customer service, but they said that it's caused by the alerts that was setup on the account. But it's still the same issue after we reach the 55Gb limit.

 

Any advise?

This is an odd one, does it show an individual breakdown if you have the other lines in context? We can definitely take a look into this for you. We may have to create a ticket to get this fixed for you.
