I received a call today that came up on my phone as Savi-Rogers. She knew about my upcoming move and the address I was moving to and offered me a good deal on an internet package through Rogers. Is this legitimate?

It's definitely best to verify before you provide any personal information over the phone. With a move order on an account, there is typically a dedicated representative assigned to ensure a seamless service and billing transition. 


I would recommend you to contact the designated concierge to inquire if there was a follow up call scheduled on your account.

  • Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. – midnight (ET)
