I had been a shaw customer for the last 30 years with no problems. When Rogers took over shaw, I went to the store to get new sim cards for my family's 4 mobile phones. The clerk suggested the Rogers credit card; if I connected my phones and internet and paid this card, I would get a discount. Therefore, I signed up for the card. That's when the problems began. With shaw, I never had a problem with payments. I tried to pay this card and it wouldn't let me pay. I have called Rogers at least a dozen times to rectify the problem. I was switched from department to department, none of whom had any idea about the other. I paid the balance from my bank account but apparently each department is separate. Finally, after hours and hours of calls and redirects, I was told that each department was different and dealt with either mobile phones or internet and the banking card was totally detached. My payment was not received to the credit card and instead went to my mobile account. When I realized that, I tried to make a payment but the rogers bank card wouldn't accept my payments. I kept getting overdue notices and threats that my services would be cut. Last week I was told to make a minimum payment to release my access to the credit card, which I did. Today, I can't make a payment!! I am so frustrated with them. I've never been in arrears with any of my accounts in my life! This is maddening. There is no streamline and every department only knows it's own limited information. The run around has been frustrating. Has anybody else had a problem with the credit card?

@Joanna-61 : Here are my comments:
1. I've had a Rogers Bank MasterCard since they were introduced over 7 years ago. Never had an issue.
2. You need to realize that Rogers Bank operates in a separate silo from Rogers other business, so you need to treat it like a separate company - like say TD Bank Visa.
3. You need to set up payments for each account that you have with Rogers, so if you receive bills separately for say Rogers Cable and Rogers Cell Phones, these need to be set up separately. I have mine set up for pre-authorized withdrawals, so I never need to worry about payments or late fees - everything is handled automatically every month.

Exactly, that's what I thought too. I thought it was a simple set up and then pay my bills without all this confusion. However, that's not what happened. That's why I'm frustrated; because it hasn't gone as smoothly as it should have.

I think your enter key on your keyboard is broken. Please revise your post in an easy to read and follow format. This includes basic writing like creating multiple paragraphs.
As far as Rogers Credit Card goes? I never had a problem either.
