My mother was offered a promo via text from rogers and it even showed it on her MyRogers account. The new promo showed the price with a "Wireless Plan -$10/mo" in the price breakdown to make the new plan the same as the existing plan. She has a screenshot of the offer from MyRogers.
Pretty much it was changing an existing plan to a new Infinite plan at the same rate as her existing plan.
After accepting the offer on MyRogers, it shows the new plan on account details but not at the rate quoted (with the -$10/mo), it just shows the original price.
When chatting with an employee via chat, they couldn't give a straight answer and just said the plan is just what is shown (without the -$10/mo).
So did she get screwed/duped into a higher price?
