I have multiple numbers on one account with Rogers. Rogers is sending promotions to all the numbers, but using only the account holders name, instead of identifying each user by the name listed within the profile of each account. Is anyone else who has multiple accounts having this same issue?

They are only using my name when they send the promotion message to all phones.
I did phone in and support person said they use the "account" holders name when they send messages to all the phones. I feel that is poor programming when there are names associated with each phone. And if only account holder is authorized / eligible for promotion, then poor programming to send to all phones. Reason for my post is to check if anyone else is having the same issue, or is it just my account.
