Lte Watch charges for outgoing texts and calls?

I setup a new watch with the lte share plan but I was not told that the plan was only for incoming calls and texts messages and that I would be charged extra for outgoing texts or calls made from the watch when away from my phone. I feel this is should of been explain in better details. Is there any plan to change this so I can get full usage out of my lte device?

It is, but when I called they said watch no plans for watches cover out going texts or calls

I just went over this issue also with Customer Service, Validation and Loyalty Dept. Roger's does not offer outgoing or International calling. Local calls only and only incoming text messages.
Yes I have my phone linked via Samsung Wear. The problem is the battery on the Classic Pro does not last very long if the phone is left at home and I go out for the day. The point was not to have phone at work.
