Overchage and billing issue

I've been around

I bought the new phone and I was told that you have to $70 for set up fees and I paid that amount in my previous bill with total bill of $174 and now in my current balance it's showing I have to pay $561 and my original bill is $104 and I never add any new service and sometimes I called international in India and I got the 1000 minutes for that so it's still under the maximum amount usage so why are they charging me more I don't understand. I cleared out everything from my previous provider then only I moved to rogers. Can somebody help me with that?
