I’m being overcharged by the autopay

I've been here awhile

I got overcharged in around $200 dollars in November 2024 and December 2024. For some unknown reason, Rogers system double charged my credit card and I want my money back! I’m also being charged twice in a month, which was not what I agreed with in the first place. How to cancel my account e get my money back?

I just did and I’m still waiting for a response from Rogers in this unacceptable situation.
