I received an email on November 22 offering me two months free of Crave. The email told me to call to activate the offer which I did today. However, customer support says my account is not tagged with that offer. I offered to show them the email, but they tell me there is no inbound address I can forward it to. I’m very frustrated.
I tried MyRogers and do not see the offer there, and the person I chatted with on the website also does not see the offer.
Does anyone have a suggestion on how I can proceed? Do you think in store can help?

As far as I know, the two free months of Crave should be available to all Rogers Xfinity TV customers. If you were a recent Crave subscriber, you may not qualify.
To get this offer you need to contact Rogers and ask them to.add Crave to your account. It says to do this by telephone but I can confirm that the @CommunityHelps team can also add it to your account. Just send a private message to @CommunityHelps .
