After being a customer for 12 plus years, it’s time to leave Rogers. From the abysmal customer service, billing mistakes etc. We no longer wish to hold our telecommunication provider to task. Hours on the phone, trying to rectify billing, promised calls from the supposed “Office of the President,” that never call! Of your call agents cannot adjust billing mistakes made by Rogers system. Out family will go to your competitor. We will also use social media and word of mouth to describe the absolute horrendous services received. I will also note, an Ombudsman and police file will be opened, to rectify Rogers actions.
