Seven attempts to cancel accounts with Roger’s as bells offer could not be matched. I have a cancel confirmation number and they finally send me the canada post labels code. Can with having received the equipment and account closed they still bill full amounts and claim I’m lat with payments as they keep accruing. Have contacted and they always state this will be solved…….how do you circumvent their multiple layers of incompetence?
