Hello, @reed_Sohail1.

We're delighted that you joined our Community. We understand how unsettling it can be to receive conflicting information and ongoing communication about a supposedly resolved issue.

We can review your case details and verify why your one-time payment didn't resolve the issue. Feel free to send @CommunityHelps a private message. We detailed more info about our private messaging in this blog

Cheers,

RogersMoin

Hello again, I really need someone from rogers to reach out. I haven't received phone calls back from Mandy from the presidents office and I have had my case sent to collections even though I was told to simply ignore the bills and emails. I would like to send proof to Metcredit showing them that the case had been settled months ago and this shouldn't be an ongoing issue, its been going since April of 2024. Mandy and I spoke the 20th of June 2024 in regards to the situation and that it had been settled once I paid one final bill (which was long since been paid).  I am not sure where to go from here.. some support would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Re: Billing problems

Hello @reed_Sohail1, have you tried to get in touch with MetCredit? You can contact them at 1-877-388-1050. Please keep us posted on the outcome of the call.

Hello, They had informed me of two options. Either I get in touch with someone with rogers to confirm and prove this bill to be waived or to just pay the total.

Re: Billing problems
