I have received the worst customer support so far! Today, I received a bill of $735.87 for one single month! Rogers has been absolutely terrible and is going to lose a long customer because of their extremely unorganized customer support! In the past 2 months, I have been promised a monthly bill of $62 + taxes! But I had to call multiple times to fix my bundle and they said they fixed it! But they sent a bill of $735 dollars today!! I just don't have words!!!

Did you cancel a contract? If so, that's an equipment balance.
