Rogers has to be by far the worst company I have ever interacted with. Avoid setting up any services with at all costs. Customer service takes an hour every single time, and they can’t figure anything out. The company is also a logistical failure and can’t keep track of any orders, deliveries, assets, technicians, etc. absolute garbage. Can’t believe this is a major telecom company.
