Greetings @Tomdom69!
We're sad to see you go! 😥 Once a cancellation request is submitted, you have 30 days to return the equipment via courier free of charge to you with Canada Post as we are not currently accepting equipment returns in store. It generally takes 7-10 business days thereafter for us to receive the equipment back and to process the return on our end here. I just have a few questions for you to get this ironed out:
Did you have the chance to connect with us prior to dropping off the equipment in store to request the cancellation of your service via phone, Live Chat or Social Media?
Did you receive a receipt that confirms the modem and powercord return?
As you returned the equipment back in December, I would suggest connecting with us so we can confirm that your account has since been canceled. In addition, we can create an equipment locate ticket to track the status of the modem return.
Please send us a private message @CommunityHelps and we'll be happy to have a gander for you. Feel free to check out this blog if you're not familiar with our PM system.
Looking forward to hearing from you!

I had a similar problem where I requested to cancel my internet service over the phone which must've never happened because they kept charging me and now it's filed with collections. I had to call 3 times to finally have my internet services canceled which is crazy because there's no way for the customer to prove they canceled without recording your call with them.
