Good evening. 3 days ago I ordered a new phone ( Google pixel 8 pro), was delivered from Oakville via FedEx, yesterday. Spent the time to get it set up, only to discover that there was a major lacking of Stull I wanted, so I called this morning to work a cancelation & the exchange for a different phone ( Samsung Galaxy 24 ultra 512 gb). Talked to a very nice guy from Alta, for a bit over an hour, but he had hand me over to someone in the exchange unit. Was cut off after a 46 min wait, called right back, to start all over same thing happened hung up Fter 15 min & thought I'd call back later I day. Called back just before 1800hrs PDT. The nice fellow heard me out & @ 1845hrs, he transferred me to the exchange unit, where I waited 15min for an operator to come on say the they were some for my waitstaff the C/S unit was now closed. They said!.....
Is there a direct number to the exchange unit that I can call? I'm in Surrey BC. Thnx.
