Account loyalty

I've been around

Is it normal to be loyal to company over 35years tenure and pay $300/MTH AND FOR THEM TO TELL YOU YOUR not a valued customer and tell you that you will not be getting any sort of loyalty discount to upgrade your service from legacy to ignite but if you are only 2yrs in as a new client pay less and are able to receive multiple deals
