5G Infinite Premium + Travel

Hey,

I'm looking for advice, I have contacted 611 twice & been in store twice with no resolution, agent said they have put in a "ticket" for someone to contact me but alas here we are.

Like most I got an offer in my account to "upgrade" to a loyalty plan which is the above '5G Infinite Premium + Travel', I did this as I reside in Canada but have family in both Australia & the UK I visit regularly + call weekly.

In my rogers app it shows my plan being the "Can+US+MX+Caribbean' which to my understanding is a different plan to the "Can + included destinations" plan.

Talking to the 611 agents they say that the plan doesn't include using my plan outside of Canada & the US but affords me the generous luxury of roam like home for $12 a day.

This plan is $55 more then my original plan & I upgraded to avoid the hassle of using country specific sims or unreliable esims everytime I leave Canada. I've attached the "critical information summary" from when I accepted the plan which does not state any use of roam like home & uses verbage implying that all costs are covered by the plan, in my opinion.  

If anyone has advice or can help me understand I'd greatly appreciate it. I don't see the point of this plan if I still have to pay a roam like home charges to use the phone outside of Continental North America.

We do have a few different variations of the 5G Infinite Premium + Travel plan and they include different features and options within them. It would be best if we had a look at your specific plan, so we can determine how it works.

I have the same plan. It includes 64 countries as per this link: https://www.rogers.com/support/mobility/infinite-premium-plan-travel

Also calling to those countries have no additional cost. Its a great plan. 

Rogers should really offer it more publicly.

I travel outisde North America and want to have this plan with no roaming fees in 64 countries. When I call Rogers, they say it isnt in my customized offers. Why are they not making this available to long time customers? Seems like we have to leave to get access to offers.
