Imaginary third party extra usage charge.

Lipservice-8
I've been around

It is very simple. Rogers has been using baseless excuses to increase my bill. In fact,  Rogers increased my bill  and did not honor the contract deal From 107.34 Cad a month to 112.99 on the grounds that The 5.00 Cad (across Canada call charge that was part of the deal) expired. So due to lack of time and it would  take forever to deal with an agent, I accepted it unwillingly. Then Rogers increased my bill again  from 112.99 to 117.39  on Dec 25, 2024 bill and Jan 25, 2025 bill. The excuse that there was a scamming third party that called my phone and I picked up.

The agent, whose main focus was to upsell and cross sell, provided me with

this telephone  # 807-788-1246 and claimed that it was my fault answering a scam call that triggered an extra charge. Having an ID caller, I answered only the calls I could recognize. Now this fake extra charge  becomes  an automatic monthly charge.

It is an outrage that Rogers can not protect its clients and overcharges customers without  valid and ethical reasons, I need a high hierarchy Manager to look into my account and settles the discrepancy.

I pay you in time and I put up with your technical glitches. I expect appreciation and not invalid extra charges

I also read online that many customers have been exposed to the same phony charges.

Thanks

Why Does everyone in canada think phone bills are fixed costs? Have they not heard of chargeable services. Just so you know, phone bills never stay the same price. In my 30 years with rogers I have seen price increases nearly every year. U would be shocked if u knew what I paid for cell phone 20 years ago you would cry.
