Fox News Not Loading

past few days can't get fox news to load up this is the only channel I have noticed like this, any thoughts

I can understand how disappointing it is to have a channel stop working, all of a sudden.

• Can you describe what is happening when you tune into Fox News? Do you get an error message of any kind?
• Do you subscribe to our Ignite TV service or are you on the legacy Digital Cable service?
• Are you noticing this on multiple TVs, or does it only happen on one TV?

Once we have more information we'll be better equipped to assist you.

well seems like just about everywhere in rogers is having issues. i did reply to this earlier even got emails giving me kudos haha.

anyway, we got 4 boxes here at the site none of them will pull up fox news. all do the same thing little circle for a bit then a blank screen and no sound.
