Rogers cannot RESOLVE their issues. Many have issues with channels going black, freezing or pixilating! This am February 11th the channels are looping and cannot watch anything. Solutions DO NOT WORK that are given! Their solution replace the entire cable from the box into house. That was done previous so are they using cheap foreign cable as it's only been 3-5 years. I best get some payback or a discount or a may go satellite. Rogers has a hardware and software issue and they will NOT admit it.

I unplugged all my boxes, unplugged my modem, started everything up, but nothing changed... did this twice earlier today. Others tried doing the same to no effect. But, good news...

Clearly the whole platform is having issues today. Others reporting the same issue. Xfinity app now won't stream anything.

Its a regional issue. Not a hardware issue on your end. They are troubleshooting the issue.

Correct, not a hardware issue on my end OR the line. It IS a Rogers hardware and software issue. Put some of those profits towards upgrading as nothing is being resaolved except passing off blame to TC boxes or cable lines.

Rogers Xfinite and online xfinite has been looping the same 10 second segments for the past 3 hours... on every channel. Online it says "Attempting to resume" for every show.
Why do we even pay for cable. Zero info from Rogers. It's just another doomsday for the future past customers.

On my system CNN is experiencing the same blacking out problem. Channel 1 City News 24/7 is the only channel working here.

Same issue here in Etobicoke.
Last time I checked, these Xfinity boxes were actually connected to Comcast's Xfinity servers in Kansas, so do not expect a quick resolution.

CNN for example, plays the same 20 seconds, then commercial same 20 seconds over and over....did reboot a couple times....just comes back up and continues the same content!

Same here. One of the TSN channels goes from women's curling for about 5-6 seconds to women's tennis (which indeed is live), Mediaset Italia goes from a show that was aired this morning at 8 am to what is scheduled now, various other channels the same, and The Weather Network has been looping the same 20 seconds for the past 3 hours.

Alliston, Ontario Rogers has been loping and blacking out since I got up at 7:am when I got up. It still is. I wonder how long they’ll take to fix this problem.

Happens also in the Rogers XFinity app on the iPad, so not just a TV box issue.
CP24 thinks it's either 4:54am or 7am ...
The program descriptions when you turn to a channel is ok ... but the content does not match the program description ...
