Order charged but disappear in my account

I ordered a CPO iPhone on Feb 24 and Rogers charged me already for the phone, my account balance is a minus amount of -$1204.xx My order now disappeared and show me I have no order.  What is going on?  Thanks.

Rogers’s had added a bunch of charges to my bill that I never asked for. My contract, that I signed in the store is being ignored. They won’t let me talk to anyone. How do I get a hold of a person to explain this? Thanks for your time.
