Rogers, supposedly a very large company who knows about tech. You have the worst smart home monitoring app in the world. It never logs in or signs in using biometric fingerprint. One out of ten times maybe. App is always crashing or freezing. It doesn't remember user names. Consume many times when I try to sign in.It doesn't, and takes me back to the initial sign in page that happens more than half the time. After many, many years with you, I am considering changing monitoring and wi.Fi, just because this app is such a pain to use. And i've mentioned this on service calls with you on the phone, but every person there also says, yes, we know it sucks and they just suggest that I uninstall and install again. Which i've done ten times and it still sucks.
