No Sound On Single Show?

My neighbour is a Rogers customer, and was watching Beast Games with her son on Prime Video.    They've watched something like 8 of the 10 episodes.    When attempting to watch the next episode, there is no sound for it at all.

All other Prime Video content has audio.    Checking previous episodes of the show now have no audio (even though worked before).   I created a new Prime Video profile for her but no change.   I checked for any funky alternate audio settings, but found none.

Her STB is connected directly to the TV via HDMI.

I'm baffled on this one.    Is anyone aware of a show-specific audio setting that might have been mistakenly applied?

Does this only happen on your Rogers Xfinity TV or you were able to replicate the issue from a wireless device, for example?

If you have not already done so, I would recommend you to bring this up to the attention of Amazon Prime Video Support team, at https://www.primevideo.com/help.
