I set up my Ignite router via my laptop long ago and now I want to login with the app to scan my network for devices and their IPs. The app tells me I don't have Ignite. Please help!

The Ignite WiFi Hub app helps easily manage, protect, and optimize your home WiFi; not being able to sign in to the app can be inconvenient. The error indicates your Ignite account may not be properly linked with your MyRogers profile.
