Yesterday internet at K1T0B1 was down

Hello,

Yesterday, the internet was down for almost three hours in Ottawa, South—from 1 PM to 4:30 PM. What happened? Bel and Virgin subscribers were up. What happened to Rogers? There have been brief outages in the past, but not the one I experienced yesterday.
