Slow Speed With 1.5G Internet

Took a connection for 1.5Gig Ignite I’m not even getting 300mbps. The technician who installed it has no clue what the issue is. Called the support he raised and ticket and asked me to wait for 2 days and I will get the speed I was promised or atleast close to it. The download speed is worse now. Ripoff

Subscribing to higher-tier Internet and not getting the package speed can be disappointing. There are a few ongoing conversations on this topic; I hope you had a chance to check them out. 

If you could answer the following, it would help us assist you better:

• Are you testing the speed on a wired connection? If yes, please provide the details of your NIC card.
• Are you connected to port 4 of the modem if using a wired connection?
• Are you using your own router?
