Why is my home internet causing YouTube to be on restricted mode?

So if I'm on my cell phones data connection websites like YouTube are unrestricted and , for example, you can view comments on the videos. But when I use my home Ignite Wifi connection, YouTube becomes on restricted mode and websites like Reddit won't allow me to click on links because "my connection is not private etc etc" message appears. It's definitely from my wifi because when I connect to any other wifi the websites work fine. Can anyone shed any light on what my modem settings should be to resolve this? Many Thanks

@Blueboy1980 You probably have some security features enabled on your Ignite gateway.  Do you have either Parental Controls , Protected Browsing or Advanced Security enabled in the Ignite WiFi Hub?

I had same situation all the computers go to YouTube becomes on restricted mode .  I just restore the rogers ignite wifi hub.   And the problem solved.
