My Reolink NVR system will no longer connect to the Ignite modem ethernet port. I have tried rebooting the NVR and switching the port on the Modem but it still will not work. I am using the Ignite modem model TG3482ER3.

I appreciate you trying basic troubleshooting steps like rebooting the NVR and switching Ethernet ports. If the other devices connected to the modem work, you may want to contact Reolink's customer support for further assistance.
