Reolink NVR ethernet connection failure

My Reolink NVR system will no longer connect to the Ignite modem ethernet port. I have tried rebooting the NVR and switching the port on the Modem but it still will not work. I am using the Ignite modem model TG3482ER3.       ***Added Labels***
